In today’s episode of Coffee with the Superintendent (April 30, 2025), we reflect on the dietary laws of Leviticus 11:13–19 and their spiritual, medical, and theological significance under the Old and New Covenants. From unclean birds to God's call for distinctiveness, we see how Christ fulfills the law and how we, as modern Christians, are called to live in holiness, not by restriction, but by devotion.
In The Grind, we celebrate Robert in the 6th grade and Ms. Farmer, our Middle School English and High School Life Skills teacher. The meal of the day is Chicken Alfredo and Broccoli.
In The Add-Ins, we explore Accreditation Standard 7, Indicator 7, discussing how Berean Baptist Academy ensures that all instruction, including that delivered by outside personnel or dual enrollment providers, meets our safety, instructional, and biblical standards. From our partnership with Sevenstar to our developing expectations for FTCC courses, BBA continues to guard the spiritual and academic integrity of every student experience.
This episode is a call to maintain alignment, accountability, and unwavering commitment to Christ-centered excellence in all areas of teaching and learning.
